Membership Agreement:

This Membership Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for membership with Shruminatti delivery company. By becoming a member, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms:
1. Membership Eligibility: a. Membership is open to individuals who are at least 21 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. b. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the membership registration process.
2. Membership Benefits: a. As a member, you will receive exclusive benefits, including discounts, special promotions, and priority access to limited edition mushroom products. b. The specific benefits and any associated fees will be communicated to you upon registration. 3.Membership Duration and Renewal: a. Membership is valid for the duration specified during registration. b. If your membership is renewable, we will notify you in advance of the renewal date. c. You have the option to renew or cancel your membership upon expiration. 4.Termination: a. Shruminatti reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement or any applicable laws. b. You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice to our company.
5. Liability and Disclaimers: a. Shruminatti will not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from your membership or use of our services, except as required by applicable law. b. While Shruminatti strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Shruminatti do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content provided to members. 6.Intellectual Property: a. All Shruminatti content, including logos, trademarks, images, and text, provided to members, is protected by intellectual property laws and remains our property or the property of our licensors. b. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any of the intellectual property without our prior written consent.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered.

By accessing or using the services provided by Shruminatti mushroom delivery company, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with us.
1. Order Placement: a. You must be at least 21 years old to place an order with Shruminatti . b. Shruminatti reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including, but not limited to, availability of products, errors in pricing, or violation of any terms and conditions.
2. Product Availability and Quality: a. Shruminatti mushroom products are subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill your order, but we cannot guarantee the availability of any specific mushroom variety. b.Shruminatti strives to provide fresh and high-quality mushrooms. However, due to the nature of the product, slight variations in appearance, size, and color may occur. c. We recommend consuming the mushrooms within the specified shelf life mentioned on the packaging for optimal freshness.
3. Delivery: a. Shruminatti offers delivery services to specified locations. The delivery charges and timeframes will be communicated to you at the time of order placement. b. We aim to deliver your order within the specified timeframe; however, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such delays. c. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery address details. We will not be responsible for any loss or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.
4. Payment: a. Payment for your order can be made through the available payment methods specified on our website. b. All payments must be made in the currency specified by us. c. In the event of non-payment or failure of payment, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
5. Returns and Refunds: a. Due to the perishable nature of mushrooms, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or spoiled upon delivery. b. If you receive a damaged or spoiled product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence. We may arrange for a refund or replacement, at our discretion.

Nondisclosure Agreement:

This Nondisclosure Agreement is entered into between [Shruminatti] (“Disclosing Party”) and the undersigned individual (“Receiving Party”), collectively referred to as “the Parties,” for the purpose of preventing the unauthorized disclosure of Confidential Information as defined below.
1. Definition of Confidential Information: Confidential Information refers to any and all non-public information, whether written, verbal, or in electronic form, disclosed by Shruminatti to the Receiving Party. This may include, but is not limited to, business plans, customer lists, financial data, trade secrets, marketing strategies, recipes, and any other proprietary information related to the operations of Shruminatti delivery company.
2. Obligations of the Receiving Party: a. The Receiving Party agrees to maintain the Confidential Information in strict confidence and shall not disclose, transfer, or use the Confidential Information for any purpose other than as authorized by the Disclosing Party. b. The Receiving Party shall use the same degree of care to protect the Confidential Information as it uses to protect its own confidential information of a similar nature, but in no case less than a reasonable degree of care. c. The Receiving Party shall restrict access to the Confidential Information to its employees, contractors, and agents who have a legitimate need to know and shall ensure that such individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations similar to those set forth in this Agreement.
3. Exceptions: a. The obligations set forth in this Agreement shall not apply to any information that: i. Was publicly known at the time of disclosure or subsequently becomes publicly known through no fault of the Receiving Party; ii. Was lawfully obtained by the Receiving Party from a third party without any obligation of confidentiality; iii. Was in the possession of the Receiving Party prior to its disclosure by Shruminatti; or iv. Is required to be disclosed by law or court order, provided that the Receiving Party promptly notifies Shruminatti to enable them to seek a protective order.
4. Term and Termination: a. This Agreement shall be effective as of the date of signing and shall continue in effect until [Specify duration or event], unless terminated earlier by either Party upon written notice. b. Upon termination, the Receiving Party shall promptly return or destroy all Confidential Information received from Shruminatti, including any copies or reproductions thereof. 5. Remedies: a. The Parties acknowledge that a breach of this Agreement may result.
